  • Deposits: A deposit is required for most orders, and this amount is non-refundable if you cancel the order after three days from the purchase date.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made after the installation date has been confirmed may incur restocking fees. Cancellations on the day of installation are subject to additional fees.
  • Price Adjustments: Prices may be adjusted for various reasons, such as typographical errors or changes in order specifications. Additional charges may apply if modifications or additional materials are required to meet local building codes.



4. Permits and Compliance

Delta Carports is not responsible for obtaining any permits necessary for the installation of your structure. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify local building codes and obtain any necessary permits prior to installation.



5. Site Preparation

The customer is responsible for ensuring the site is level (within 3 inches) and free from obstructions, including underground utilities. Failure to prepare the site properly may result in additional fees or delays in installation.



6. Warranties and Disclaimers

All warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Delta Carports makes no warranties or guarantees regarding product durability, quality, or compliance beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.



7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delta Carports is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products or services. This includes damages related to installation issues, product defects, or failure to meet specific requirements.



8. Intellectual Property

All content on deltacarports.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Delta Carports and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.



9. Privacy Policy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.



10. Modifications to Terms

Return and Refund Policy

 

At Delta Carports, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our return and refund policy below, which outlines eligibility and conditions for returns and refunds.



1. Order Cancellations

  • Within 3 Days of Purchase: You may cancel your order within 3 days of purchase for a full refund of your deposit.
  • After 3 Days of Purchase: If you cancel after the 3-day period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Additionally, cancellations made after the installation date is confirmed, or on the day of installation, may incur restocking fees.



2. Returns

Delta Carports offers custom-built products tailored to each customer’s specifications; therefore, returns are generally not accepted once production has begun. However, if there is a significant defect or discrepancy with your order, please contact us immediately to address the issue. Please note that the manufacturer has the final authority on whether a return or adjustment can be processed based on product specifications and order details.



3. Refunds

  • Deposit Refunds: Deposits are fully refundable only if cancellation is made within 3 days of purchase. After this period, deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by Delta Carports.
  • Product Defects: If a product arrives defective or damaged, Delta Carports will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. In cases of verified manufacturer defects, we may facilitate a replacement or repair at no additional cost. The manufacturer will ultimately determine the eligibility for any product defect-related refunds or repairs.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued under specific conditions, such as an approved cancellation within the 3-day period or confirmed manufacturing defects that cannot be resolved. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days.



4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Custom Orders: Since our structures are custom-made, refunds are not available after production begins, except in cases of significant defects as verified by the manufacturer.
  • Improper Site Conditions: If installation cannot proceed due to improper site preparation (e.g., uneven ground, obstructions), additional fees may apply, and refunds will not be issued.



5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or discuss any order-related issues, please contact us at Sales@deltacarports.com with your order details and a description of your request. Our team will review your case and respond within 5 business days. Final approval for returns, refunds, or adjustments will be provided by the manufacturer.



6. Modifications to This Policy

Delta Carports reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
